Regional Specialty 2024
The IRWS club is hosting a Regional Specialty in conjunction with the SD&G dog show in Maxville, ON on August 23 - 26 / 2024 This new show site is at the Maxville Fairgrounds. Home to the annual Scottish Highland Games which attracts thousands of spectators annually. It encompasses 50 acres, a beautifully manicured infield and grandstand seating for over 3000. The judge for our Regional Specialty is Honey Glendinning as well we will be having a booster the following day. The other judges for this weekend are: * Luiz Fernando Ribas Silva, Brazil, all breed * Ricardo Saldana, Mexico, all breed * Branislav Rajic Bane, Slovenia, all breed * Nicolas DeBedout, Columbia, all breed * Honey Glendinning, Alta, all breed * Suzanne Dillian, Texas, USA Groups 1,2 & 5 and part 6 * Elaine Lessig, NJ, USA Groups 1, 5 & 6 There is also the OVASA specialty and Limited Breed specialty. There are 4 all breed shows as well. PLUS: Obedience, Rally, Agility, Junior Showmanship. Hotel rooms available and should be booked by the end of July. (1) Restauparc Motel, 625 Principle St., Casselman, Ontario 613-889-1982 (limited room to allow dogs) (15 min) We have reserved 10 rooms under the IRWS and my name Cost 129$ for single person 139$ for double occupancy ******There is a cost for dogs****** (2) Vars - K’s Country Inn, 948 Burton Rd, Vars, Ontario 613-443-3983 (27 min) 3. We will have camping on show site and have asked we be located close to each other other. We will provide more information as we receive it.

We are very busy preparing for our 25th Anniversary Specialty and Gala. Attached you will find the flyers for the club wear and an order form. We are offering embroidered t-shirts, hoodies, and vests, all featuring our custom designed specialty logo.
Order forms can be mailed, scanned, or send in a picture. Payment information is on the order form.
